how to cook slightly salted salmon ingredients salmon fillet salt sugar lemon zest mix salt with sugar (2:1 ratio) salmon fillet grate with salt, sugar, lemon zest wrap salmon in food wrap and put in the refrigerator for 12 hours then remove salmon fillet from the refrigerator, drain liquid, pat dry with paper towel and cut into slices. sometimes i add vegetable oil to salmon slices and put in the refrigerator for 1 hour (salmon becomes more tender) https://warpcast.com/blleelooomina/0xeb09ecb9
