how did you originally launch bleu? first thoughts are to take a holder snapshot to an airdrop but would want some initial liquidity at launch so ideally a def buy + you could vest the airdrop happy to jam on this more over a call too just hmu!

easiest would be to leverage the current token's liquidity to dev buy and then airdrop the new deployed clanker token to your current token holders.
