I love Obsidian, you should see my setup with it, it’s literally my second brain. 

Files over all as @kepano would put it and he loves it.

You are right, you should do it, there are great plugins now for this.

ehh idk, I want ownership more than anything.

its not just about the words but also the freedom to put them in whatever shape (code) into the canvas.

@paragraph would be a good middle ground?
I like long form personally and am not sure threads are the right format anymore.
Having casts as a funnel for your blog is the way to go about imo.
