am I the only one who feels like the new cb wallet app is sort of vampire attacking the farcaster client? 

maybe it's by design? from afar it feels very odd, especially given double notifications, double places to reply, etc. not a normal pattern I guess

many of the people on Merkle Manufactory are ex-coinbase too.

It's a synergetic effort, Farcaster has folded on trying to make a client (warpcast -> and rebranded to just farcaster), now as a protocol they'd get strength if bigger players build other clients, and can say with a straight face that they don't control the whole stack

but the trick is it's all coinbase mafia after all

adopting it* reusing feels like would be like for a fork situation

oh also cb wallet probably has x10 and coinbase x1000 DAU's than farcaster protocol, so them reusing it for their own social efforts seems certainly a win for me for the overall protocol health
