Have seen a few casts recently on how we should attract more developers to Farcaster

In talking to developers building on Farcaster today—and developers who built on Farcaster previously and then stopped—the top request is more users.

Why more users?
- More users on Farcaster means more people to potentially use their product
- If the product is a business, more usage means more opportunity to make money
- Acquiring users for an app or service is *really* hard

attracting users from X to Farcaster is a process

it'll take many people, and a lot of growth - individual projects succeeding, people yapping about them, users learning 

I never liked "cast" because it was another foreign term, I told dan that and he explained the rationale. I understood but didn't believe.

@haole last time you posted it was about being heads down shipping, but I'm also interested in exploring how "invite rewards" could be made sybil resistant & meaningful, think it pairs best with an alt client (or many alt clients) and communities, coin communities especially.

My thesis is: with the rise of farcade, clankermon, stokefire and other games, farcaster might just repeat the facebook history with the “farm” games

Not a big problem imo
If there’s too much of them, blocked words on settings should seal the deal

I was thinking about scaling today after a brief back and forth with Dan, and wondering if part of the hesitation is to scale too quickly is to maintain culture.

Was thinking what if ronin and Axie communities were more present and our dau 10-20x just from one “group” would they start to become a dominant influence, and would FC be okay with that?
