What a milestone. Just tried the @base.base.eth merch store. Bought low dollar amount clothes using USDC on my phone, and it just worked. Not like, "cool, this worked for a crypto thing." Like, it actually just worked. As good as any web2 payment experience, with no visa fees required!
It took 15 years but we're finally here.
