The whole texting and calling gives me anxiety so yes 😁

It gives me anxiety only because idk when it would be welll received lol. But when I’m actually in the midst of a good call, I really appreciate it! And I feel good when someone thinks to call me. So I aspire to be that person to call at a good time & share a good conversation with people I know.

Good calls are really appreciated even on this end. Your anxiety is also partially relatable. I wouldn't want to question if I should've called anyone halfway through the call hence the reason I only save the people I can enjoy balanced conversations with. I have a small diary to write down everyone else.

We are responsible for our mental health and inner peace. If something doesn't work for me, I customize it for my soul.
