i’m an ambivert. practical tips i use to “switch on” my extrovert side
- give yourself missions and follow through (eg talk to 3ppl at this event, get the number/ig of 2ppl before you leave, compliment 3ppl)
- find an “easy excuse” to talk — i opt for “novice” persona cause ppl are more helpful and curious than you’d think they’d be + i’m dumb (eg i moved to venice 3wks ago…, i joined crypto <1yr ago…), you can also apply this to ppl as well (eg organizers, speakers)
