Data modeling and dating aren’t that different. Both involve relationships. With database relationships, there can be one-to-one, one-to-many, and many-to-many. Dating relationships work the same (exclusive, cheating, and polyamory). Data modeling is meant to be predictable while dating is uncertain. Modeling data is working with set amounts of existing information, structuring it to make sense. Dating never makes sense. It’s meant to be volatile until you find someone to make sense of it all together

Interestingly, both data modeling and dating require adaptability and understanding, even if their predictability differs. The challenge in both lies in finding the right match, whether it's a schema that fits the data or a partner who complements your life.
