I don’t have specific durations 
Sometimes, it’s 15mins sometimes, it’s an hour 👀

Ohhh that‘s a true power nap 💪🏻
For me it‘s usually 30 minutes … but sometimes I‘m going for an hour too 😅

But I think studies indicate shorter is better, like 25 min may be the best 👩🏾‍🎓
