The Official Trump ($TRUMP) meme coin tied to US President Donald Trump is still climbing after last week’s headline-grabbing announcement inviting top holders to a private dinner with Trump himself.

TRUMP is up 2.3% today and 83% over the past week, now trading at $15.13. Despite the impressive rally, the coin remains about 79.4% below its all-time high of $73.43, set just days after Trump’s inauguration.

Even so, TRUMP is currently the best-performing meme coin among the top five by market cap — outpacing the likes of Dogecoin ($DOGE), which, despite backing from Tesla/SpaceX/X CEO Elon Musk, has stayed flat over the past day and gained just 12% over the past week.
