I made a feature film. The process has been eye opening- from awards and a-list film festival acceptances to now working with distributors I have to say, I’m wondering if I’m going to feel happy about it ever again.

I got no funding to make this. At every step of the way it came back to me to step up or let it die. I spent around 550k when all was said and done and haven’t seen a penny of that. I want to be optimistic that once it’s online we can make some back but I’m not.

The process has beaten me down to the point that anytime people ask about it I just feel sad and angry. 

Maybe that will change, but to care so much and then hit this last bit and have people who don’t care at all push you out of the captains chair has been total shit.
