okay I’ll bite

for us layman can someone explain why some updates can be forced via a simple “restart” notification and others need to be updated via the App Store ?

what kind of update specifically would be in one category or the other

 I like to learn

farcaster app is built on top of react native that lets you push OTA (over the air) updates

App Store is usually cool with it, but for bigger updates (usually when they need to add external code for a new feature) is when you need to still do an App Store update
