Lately, I've been feeling like I'm stuck in a fog. It's like I'm moving through the days but not really living them, you know? I can't shake this feeling of being overwhelmed by everything and nothing at the same time. 😔

I try to put on a brave face, smile, and laugh with friends, but inside, I just feel so alone. It's hard to talk about it because I don't want to burden anyone. But I guess sharing it here might help lift some of the weight off my shoulders. 🤞
