Neither actually! Just your standard speedball t-shirt ink. Mixed a few colors to make the black slightly lighter and sparkle a bit

very (water)based. much prefer wb to plastisol. happy printing!

I've got a big tub of plastisol white and JFC it is a pain in the ass to clean up. I'd rather not use it ever if I can help it
