Am I the only one that hasn’t been feeling like myself lately, I feel like I’m hanging on by a thread and it’s not getting any easier as the day goes by ? I’ve been trying so hard to stay positive but I can’t anymore, im stressed 24/7, literally living in my head because the anxiety and pressure from family and all just makes shit even harder Being a young adult is so exhausting I wish I had a guide or something 🤦♂️
