How you perceive winning and losing matters and one thing I learnt from observing a lot people (the 1%) is that they don’t focus on winning rather on not losing, I know you’ll say “but it’s the same thing” hold up, there’s a difference even if it’s the slightest shift, Your relationship with losing reveals a lot. If you think “I don’t want to lose” you’d focus more on the process and not the end goal and this is the most important part of the journey.
