I am around 20% of body fat currently and a low amount of muscle mass. Hoping to change this by January of 2025
I Commit to Workout 4-5 days a week 1-2 hrs a day. I have been wanting to change my life since my late teens (20 yrs old now) but was unsuccessful due to various circumstances. But now i am commited GOAL- CHANGE MY PHYSIQUE BY JANUARY OF 2025 I am around 20% of body fat currently and a low amount of muscle mass.
I have made a list of exercises for each muscle group. Probably adequate excercise and enough protein intake would help me achieve my goal
Self love is the major step towards change
