It’s very funny and sad at the same time … every slowing startup or SMB wants to hire “experienced” person to lead their growth 🚨 … must be someone who has scaled things to the moon, etc. Absolutely forgetting that such people don’t want to work at companies that are not growing and have undifferentiated products. Because these people are smart and want to play better game than average to get better results. 🥳
