Everyone has a problem;
- sometimes problem is technical competence
- sometimes it's business competence
- sometimes it's partnerships logic
- sometimes it's sales motion
- sometimes it's leadership
It's ignorant to think you can fix them all alone (or to think you don't have any).
The best founders know where they have a problem and find someone more competent to fix it.
