Funny how learning a new language is fun but also one of the most humbling things you can voluntarily sign yourself up for. You go from being a competent, articulate person in your first language to sounding like a small child in your new one, and there’s no way around that stage. I've found it has many benefits in all other areas of life. Sometimes learning to be humble is exactly the thing we need. What do you think? 🤔
