Any resilient system (builder) knows that all parts of the system should never be totally 💯 efficient! You need spare capacity and non-linear exploration if your system is supposed to survive any shock and be long-term functional across changing environments. This simple fact seems to be lost quite often in today’s optimization discussions 🚨
