Reporting back from 7 days of Japanese breakfast experiment π¬
First, thanks to @zeni.eth and @pichi for answers and tips.
I tried it for the last week and I love it π₯° honestly, never expected that but I enjoy smoked fish (usually mackerel or salmon) or smoked tofu with rice (doing brown rice), I tried mushrooms, black olives, kimchi or pickles for extra taste and variety. Worked ok with all.
I donβt feel full after eating but it carries me well into the afternoon so could even do just two meals a day if I wanted.
Overall, pretty satisfying experiment π
