Often times, it will mean that you can only win if you build things you can see in the potential future that can't be justified with data or facts at the moment when you start building. 1. Find what has commercial value for people you want to sell to 2. Build for the future, not present - present is already over-saturated 3. Conviction is big part of you journey and you need to reshape it into INSPIRATION and DISTRIBUTION. That's a new job for a founder.
