Is $1,500 to $2,000 a month per engineer the new baseline for staying competitive? I know FC is home of mostly nimble startups so it might be different but … … word on the street is that tech companies operating on the absolute bleeding edge are dropping exactly that on AI credits and frontier model agents. The thesis is simple: give devs unlimited, 24/7 access to the absolute best models and autonomous loops so they can experiment and deploy without hitting a bottleneck.
