Been thinking more about enterprise AI deployments recently, because that’s where the change will come into the world 🌎
Most enterprise AI efforts stall in the “last mile”
- messy legacy systems,
- data access,
- governance constraints,
- regulatory requirements,
- language/cultural nuance,
and most importantly — organizational change! 🚨
Remote software delivery or light professional services are not sufficient.
It’s pretty much the same enterprise deployment issues and process as it was since IT became a thing.
It’s still people who have to buy it, train it and deploy it and use it. 🤓
