Up till now we had  /rebase = permissionless LP Staking Incentive Campaigns for token projects on Base -> powered through $REFI staking.

Staking $REFI still earns 5% of rewards from every new campaign
-> reTokens
Staked tokens issue reTokens (e.g., reREFI). These are required to unstake and may support future features.
-> Crowdpools
Anyone can fund and launch a campaign. Fully permissionless. *requires 0.5% token supply to deploy.
-> Audited & Secure
All contracts audited by Hashlock. Funds are always safe.
 $REFI stakers earn 5% of all new campaign rewards
