I still think about those mini pancakes from 7-Eleven in Japan…soft, warm, and stuffed with syrup or cream.

Why don’t we have things like this in NYC corner stores?? Someone please make this a bodega staple. I’d be there daily. 😭

I love to try that, but I don’t know where do I find in my country? I eat that but the taste is was not good. I need authentic one.

Have you ever tried making it yourself ? 

I can cast my dish and the recipe that i used and maybe you can try it.
