New post: Ballet Brews: How Dance and Coffee Came Together to Create Magic My local coffee shop on the Upper West Side serves a highly unusual latte: "Waltz of the Flowers." It's a matcha latte with oat milk and three highly floral syrups. Turns out, the barista invited the dance company across the street to dream up a few menu items, and that was one of the byproducts of their creative scheming. What I love about this story is how it shows the magic of unlikely combinations.
