I had to send my first ever cybersecurity incident report today (to my block association board). First time I’ve ever been the one to identify, triage, and mitigate the threat on my own!
All in all a pretty minor incident but it was still a good at-bat to run it to the ground.

just lost a deal to run a company-wide corporate AI hackathon that I'd been getting jerked around by for months but it was a great lesson in decision-making qualification
- first i had to win over the external events manager
- then i had to win over the chief of staff (who agreed verbally)
- then they hired a new CTO...
