not gonna lie, it's been pretty tough to stabilize myself as a biz owner in the last year. lots of false starts, lots of shifting priorities, people coming and going in my life, technology changing too fast for me to keep up, not able to pay myself at all last year, not sure what the biz is going to look like even three months from now... but even despite all that, what's interesting is when I run these corporate workshops teaching AI to people at companies all over, when things get quiet and the crowds disappear, the stuff they confess to me in 1-1s over lunches and coffee meetings isn't about how happy they are to be on the inside in a safe corporate environment... it's how they wish they could be on the outside, doing it for themselves, too that's how I can tell there's a sea change happening around what it feels like to have technological agency to build for yourself
