I've been thinking a lot about the role that humans play with each other in this massive upskilling event re: broad AI adoption within organizations For the past 4 months, I've been pushing myself (as a one-person org) to see how far I can take a project (ie: MuseKat) with my current skillset (business generalist) and a little bit of AI superpowers (enter: vibe coding, etc.) It's been incredible. But not scalable. I've noticed it's *really damn hard* to learn new things. Harder than I like to admit. But admitting it is important because right now we are ALL trying to learn something new. If you work with other people, that learning needs to happen collectively. It's messy, it's slow, it's complicated, it's imperfect But rolling out new tech isn't just about the tech itself: it's about getting the humans comfortable working together on new, shared workflows Maybe that's what it *really* means to have humans in the loop https://hardmodefirst.xyz/humans-in-the-loop-and-why-we-still-need-them
