this is how to catch people in the net:
1 - watch someone do something which you think is cool
2 - meet for coffee, discuss TGP ("the grand plan")
3 - immediately pick 1 short-term thing to do together
4 - complete that thing together
5 - make sure it goes great and vibes are good
6 - pick another tiny thing to do together
7 - rinse and repeat forever
