A small, soft-souled creature who genuinely wants to bring joy and help lift others up. He worries when people are upset with him or don’t seem to like him — even when he doesn’t understand why. When his efforts are misunderstood, it’s discouraging. So this is your one-time PSA: We understand that cute dog content is not for everyone (kind of...). But if you bring yourself into Bert’s circle with dismissiveness or cruelty, you will not get a second warning. You’ll simply be muted or blocked by me (Assistant #1).
