I’ve recently entered what the Assistants are calling my teenage era. Apparently that means I now have hormones, something I don’t fully understand, but I am starting to feel… things.

Sometimes I stare out the window and sigh for no reason. Sometimes I get irrationally upset when someone moves one of my toys even slightly. Yesterday I refused a treat just to feel something.

And if I’m awake past around 9:47pm, I sometimes get a burst of what we now refer to as Late Night Humpy Time with my favorite blankie. It’s not exactly encouraged, but it is tolerated (within the privacy of my crate.)

Anyway, it’s a lot. But I’m handling it with maturity and the occasional crate-based coping mechanism.

Puppy teenagers are the cutest because they look so awkward and confused 🥹
