Most founders think success meant beating competitors. Build faster. Launch earlier. Capture more market share. This is an old school thinking. In an era of permissionless innovation (we have all the tools and permissionless protocols to build anything we want), market share and margins commoditize, and what matter is brand, values, networks strength. The smartest builders aren't trying to win against others. They're creating systems where everyone wins together. Instead of fighting for pieces of the pie, they're creating systems that make the pie bigger for everyone. Beyond competition lies coordination. This is the belief and narrative that led me to start building @covariance and now @productclank and this is the future I'm building towards Comment if you agree/disagree or if this resonates in any way
