BlockFi's bankruptcy team and the DOJ settled,  
dropping a lawsuit over $35M in crypto transfers.  
A judge approved the deal Friday.  
The DOJ tried seizing funds from two Estonians last May,  
linking it to a fraud case.  
Now the case is closed for good,  
with each side covering legal costs.  
BlockFi went bankrupt after FTX collapsed in 2022,  
owing $10B to 100k creditors.  
Customers have until April 28, 2024,  
to withdraw remaining crypto.
