Sometimes the mess on my hands isn’t worth it if it’s too runny 😔 but it’s so good, it ends up being a tough call but sometimes I gotta say fried hard lol

Practice makes perfect for me!! One of the hacks I’ve learned through trial and error would be to take the pan off the heat and just put a lid on to let the yolk cook to the consistency you want without burning the bottom 😌

Oh that’s smart. See you were just talking about being a patient chef yourself… I was talking about being a diner at a restaurant 🤣 It didn’t even register to me that I could go about resolving my own yolk issues lol
