NYC Suya (Tatiana) vs Lagos Suya (Ajah)

NGL the Suya from Tatiana is delicious but they removed the spice. 🥹

If you’re ever in Nigeria, and you want to try something different, the first thing you should be trying is Suya, the most popular street food.

Don’t think about it too much, just come out on the streets by 7pm. The spice is specially made, you can request they cut tomatoes, cabbages, onions etc.
