It was difficult with me, I needed therapy to see life with different eyes, from another angle, you know? Sometimes a help, whoever it is is the starting tip.

I think changing way of thinking was difficult. I have no idea how change it. I’m really negative person

In a past moment of my life I was very negative, when the more negative I thought, the worse the situation became. I changed some habits and one of them was the way of thinking and reacting to some situations. When I started to see all sides and see that there is always something positive in any situation, even if the positive is just a learning, my life improved significantly!
