A lightly sweet delicious breakfast recipe: Cinnamon chia oatmeal 🍓 1/4 cup old fashioned rolled oats 1 and 1/4 cup water 1/4 cup milk 1 tsp chia seeds 1/4 tsp vanilla bean paste 1/4 tsp cinnamon A pinch of salt 1 tsp date sugar (or substitute preferred sweetener) Method: 1. Combine all ingredients in a stovetop pot and bring to a low boil. 2. Cook on medium-low heat for around 10 minutes, until oats are fully cooked and water is mostly absorbed. 3. Serve in a bowl with toppings of choice. Enjoy! Toppings: -peanut butter -berries -chocolate chips
