What are your experiences with the Whoop band?

Specifically, can anyone attest to the Whoop 5.0 MG? This would be my first Whoop.

Would love to hear others experiences - worth it? not? etc

They say 14 days, but the problem is that it usually lasted me a week or so. The problem with wearing it 24/7 is you don't have a ritual of charging it. Unlike a phone or apple watch which most people just remember to throw it on the charger before bed.

A) I appreciate the honest review. I did a ton of digging and realized it wasnt worth the cost. 

However, i think its funny you say the charging is your biggest gripe seeing as its known to have superior battery life than its competitors.  my apple watch hardly makes it 24 hours and the whoop does like 14 days

I used a whoop for 3 years + I learned enough about myself I don't need it anymore. It's useful for a while. I haven't used the 5, I stopped at the 4. My biggest gripe has always been the charging.
