I often feel as a founder your goal is to keep the train moving forward.

It's nudging the small things that keep the momentum rolling and making sure that everyone feels motivated and aligned to keep making progress.

It's far from glamorous - it really feels like project management on steroids (to me at least).

Worked for a couple of founders a few years back who couldn't WAIT to drop the project. They were also nowhere to be found during the marketing stage.
