We proposed shortening the slot time of Ethereum from 12 seconds to 6 seconds as a headliner feature for Glamsterdam (scheduled for 2026, hopefully H1). An underrated superpower of our community is the ability to go from a rough idea to a more full-fledged picture in a short amount of time, thanks to an informal yet rigorous network of peer reviewing. The 'acknowledgements' line at the top of countless posts has protocol-like flavours. Could we leverage it further?
