anybody here operates on less than 7 hours of sleep a night? i think it's unsustainable?

Running on 4-6 hours max. I manage though. Sometimes the body says "Sleep! Or..." And then i drink an extra coffee. If that doesn't work anymore i guess i'm sick for a few days 😅
