This Christmas, skip the gift cards and onboard your people to @base.base.eth by gifting an actual game on Baes App. They receive it instantly, and it will be truly and permanently theirs.
GM GM from 2025’s last day. In 2026, the mission is clear: onboard hundreds of indie game developers, and help them ship at least 1,000 genuinely great games through Baes.app. The revenues will be theirs, the royalties will be theirs, the credit will be theirs, and the players will finally get a place that feels like a real console again. That’s the story on the surface, the real work sits underneath it: The protocol-level work is almost done, so every copy sold will create real, measurable net impact for $BAES, by design, not by luck. Of course, none of this matters if the market stays sleepy. We’ve already started testing, measuring, and learning what actually drives trading activity, now we’ll begin to scale what works and drop what doesn’t. In 2026, one of our performance indicators will be daily volume, we want it consistently high, and we’ll make that happen. And to keep the people closest to the mission, a staking incentive program is coming in 2026. It will reward the ones who stay close, not the ones who show up late and loud. It’s going to be a great year. We’re all going to have real fun. Happy New Year!
Merry Christmas! 🎄 If you followed along this year, you already know this was not “content.” This was shipping. Now let’s rewind 2025 and remember what we actually built together.
Today, the “creator economy” is getting misunderstood because people are being convinced that an openly negative-sum game is “creator empowerment.” Attention gets pulled away from the product, pushed into churn, and the whole story becomes the chart instead of the work. You may know we built the real version already in our video game marketplace: game developers ship actual products, users buy at clear prices, ownership is real, and value comes from what gets produced, not from what gets amplified. We rejected volatility as a paywall a long time ago. Actually we hate it. We’re well aware the world is also full of producers who don’t make video games. Designers, musicians, educators, tool builders, anyone who ships digital work. We couldn’t stay indifferent to this drift. Since we’re building an entertainment system, so we are now announcing that we’ve started to explore business expansion. One rule: Anything we ship will be tied only to $BAES. Our goal is clear: Become the single onchain home for creators who produce, and the safest place for consumers who buy. Non-negotiable: We completely reject the casino model. We’re here to protect both consumer and producer, and we build for real commerce, real ownership, and long-term value. What's need to be done, will be done. Business expansion!
