...clearly does not take even her own health seriously. Have no reason to trust her with my health when she can't prioritize her own (how can I have confidence she'd prioritize mine, if she isn't even willing to do so for herself).

Same reason I seek out primary care doctors who actually take care of themselves. Don't take advice from people who aren't where you want to be applies to health/doctors too.
