HOT TAKE: Lifting weights isn’t exercise. If your heart rate doesn’t stay elevated, you’re not training your body. Its more like cosplay you need a resilient heart and lungs.

it takes time to condition but eventually your body recognizes its ok (when your mitochondria learns to be more efficient) and then the games start to begin. I now can sit at 90% (160-165) of my HR max for over an hour without it being too stressful mentally. If you need help getting started let me know.
