Nicely done bro! I've been slacking lol, but I recently bought a smart watch to track my steps and sleep, now it's time to fight through the pain and start hitting the 10k/day as well.

Thanks fam, my knees are fucked from military service and I have bad pain when standing/walking for too long, but it's time to suck it up. Perhaps I should declare a 10k/day challenge in a cast to help keep me accountable lol.

Tbf I usually average in the 3-5k range just going about my day, so with some added effort I can definitely get there! I'll try a day of hitting 10k to see how the pain is before I put myself out there in a cast though lmao
