One of my favorite poets died this week. They were diagnosed with a terminal illness a few years ago, but it still felt cosmically unsettling when I saw the post announcing their passing. This is one of my favorite collections of theirs. Whenever I have to do something hard I remind myself to be lightning ⚡️
